Bloody Trampolines!

I bloody hate trampolines now! Yesturday I was called upon to try my hand at my sister's trampoline (something that I used to do for the County a few years ago!) and of course, mind somewhere else, i did! I lasted only 15 minutes before I staggered off puffing heartily and knees and wrists feeling the burn. This morning I awake to find my knees and wrists have covered. Then moving more I find that I have thrown my back out! Bloody excellent! Now I sit here in quite an uncomfortable position, filled with pain killers. My warning has been laid out, now learn from me!
