Oh What A Lovely Day!

There is nothing like a whole day of warm sunshine to cheer you up and give you that much needed base tan! Today was one of those delightful days!
I spent the majority of today just lying in the backyard on the trampoline catching the rays while delving into May's Vogue and 'Diary of a Mad Bride' by Lauren Wolf. It was absolutely fabulous. I feel relaxed and happy. I also have my base tan going which is fabulous - at the moment its still a little red on my nose and shoulder blades but i'm sure that when I wake up tomorrow morning the redness will be replaced with a subtle bronze!
Hope it will be the same weather tomorrow for two reasons - 1) so I can do the same thing again and 2) for all those raising huge sums of money for various charities by running the London Marathon which takes place tomorrow, as they deserve the nice weather for the great feat they will be completing. I'd love to run it myself but I smoke way too many fabulous cigarettes and haven't exercised since I had to do PE lessons at school, and even then I tried every trck in the book to get out of it! I'm a much better supporter!
